     A hosted system allows for the most efficient utilization of resources by allowing the best suited user to handle the process.  The Client, Eyden Inc, or any other authorized user can enter and process data within the same system at the same time from different locations.  This not only eliminates double data entry, but improves efficiency by allowing the maximum amount of information to be entered with a minimal amount of time and effort.  Checks and balances implemented through clear reporting and timely reconciliation allow the client to verify the accuracy of all data entered by anyone at any time.

Client Security     

     Eyden Inc. uses Iron Door 3.5® from World Extend to create secure connections to the hosted server without opening ports in the server firewall.  Data is encrypted and access is limited to only those authorized by the client.  Users are only able to access the system with a double entry user ID and password and access can be controlled down to the transaction or task level.  Different access can be granted to users depending on what the client requires.
Third Party Access

     Eyden Inc allows the client to utilize professional services by giving secure access to third parties.  Accountants, financial advisors, or any other authorized user may access data, analyze reports and information in real time without the client, having to create specific reports, deliver backups, or preprinted documents.  For each application there are security profiles that limit access to only those areas required.  Each profile is unique and can be granted to as many users in as many combinations as needed.
